Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster depending on courier availability.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on serviceable pin codes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Packaging & Safety

  • All perfumes and attars are securely packed using protective packaging materials to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
  • Since perfumes may contain alcohol-based ingredients, shipments are handled according to courier safety guidelines.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

In such cases, our support team will keep you updated.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.
  • International shipping for perfumes may be restricted due to transport regulations for alcohol-based fragrances.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
